These are now done automatically.

Please check: 1) you can log on to IBEN and 2) you are able to edit your payment frequency in IBEN central – I think the default setting is 3 months. It needs to be changed to 1 month.

I had difficulty doing both those actions above earlier and had to seek assistance.

This was a reply I had to an enquiry I made:

Just FYI, with our new system you are not required to submit your marking claim manually. The marking claim automated submission and payment depends on the payment frequency you have chosen in IBEN central. If you have chosen the monthly payment frequency your claims will be submitted on the 3^rd Monday of each month if there are any marks unpaid. If you have chosen “Quarterly” (This is the default option) the submission will be on the 3^rd Monday of March, June, September and December. The 6 monthly option will submit claims in June and December. 
The option to amend the payment frequency is under the “Financial information” tab in IBEN central. Please click on “Edit profile” to display the tab and amend to your personal preference.

Please allow up to 14 days after the submission day for the payment to credit your bank account. We will email you a payment advice as soon as payment has been sent.
